The stainless steel used for INOX Collection manufacturing is mainly AISI 316L: alloy resistant to corrosive agents and with a low carbon content (L= Low carbon). It is considered to be one of the most resistant and the best in terms of quality currently on the market. Its main characteristics include total strength to all corrosion phenomena (Low Carbon), high hygiene coefficient, easily machinable, weldable and forgeable food certification.
The series part of INOX Collection are treated with a brushing process giving a highly textured appearance to the surface, reducing to the minimun the finger print effect.
