The restoration project aims to enhance the rooms on the ground floor of the villa through the conservation of authentic and historical features,

 as evidenced by the maintenance of signs of aging on the walls. A café with a view was created and original terracotta floors and mosaics were recovered, with a strong respect for the historical integrity of the place.
